Use the Precedent H app to budget and prepare a Precedent H spreadsheet.
The Civil procedure rules Practice Direction 3E dictate the need of both parties in litigation matters to submit a Precedent H costs budget at the outset of the proceedings. The Precedent H App in LEAP creates the standard Excel Spreadsheet as directed by the MoJ.
